Basic information

Castle: Chateau de Nogaret, built in 1714.

Location: St. Laurent d'Olt, 170 km north from Montpellier, 590 km south from Paris. Easily reached by the high-way A75 connecting Paris and Montpellier (10 kilometers away from the high-way crossing). See map.

Share: Two interconnected apartments on the first and second floor of the castle with a total area of 180 square meters and one fourth of the space in the wine cellar. The share includes also a right to use the common facilities together with the other owners: the entrance hall, two large living rooms, a dining room and its kitchen, a swimming pool, two garages and the 5-hectare garden and domain.

Condition of the estate: The building was fully renovated in 1990. The roof was rebuilt in 1996. Apartments are in an very good condition and show very little sign of use. The heating system and hot water boiler are modern. The swimming pool and its machinery were fully renovated in 2004.

Other shareholders: There are seven other shareholders.

Service charges: EUR 327 per month for the share in question (year 2005).

It is possible to have two or more separate buyers for the two apartments, but the whole share consisting of both of the apartments will be sold only at once.
